1. General
PicknClick LLC is operated in the United Arab Emirates under Sharjah Media City Free Zone.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
PicknClick LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
All products sold on PicknClick LLC are sourced from reputable and trusted suppliers.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the authenticity and quality of the products offered on our platform.
In the unlikely event that a product is found to be counterfeit, defective, or not as described, customers are entitled to a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product packaging or minor details may vary depending on manufacturer updates.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
PicknClick LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:
Product stock unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Payment verification failure
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
PicknClick LLC may offer flexible payment options through third-party providers such as Tabby or Tamara.
By choosing BNPL at checkout, customers agree to the terms and policies of the respective provider.
PicknClick LLC is not responsible for approval decisions, payment schedules, late fees, or penalties imposed by BNPL providers.
Customers should review the BNPL provider’s terms before selecting this payment method.
Payment Processing Fees
If a refund is requested due to customer preference (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind, incorrect payment method), payment processing fees charged by third-party gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
These fees are imposed by payment providers and are not retained by PicknClick LLC.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Temporary Pickup Service
At certain times, PicknClick LLC may offer pickup as an alternative to delivery.
Pickup orders are available in Al Majaz – Sharjah.
The exact pickup location will be shared after order confirmation.
Pickup is by appointment only and may require up to 1 business day for order preparation.
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
Delivery
When delivery service is available, standard delivery timelines across the UAE are 2–3 working days.
PicknClick LLC is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Customers are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
6. Product Availability
In rare situations, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to supplier inventory changes.
In such cases, PicknClick LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
PicknClick LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from:
misuse of products
improper installation or handling
failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through PicknClick LLC customer support.
If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter through the appropriate UAE Consumer Protection authorities.
