1. General
PicknClick LLC is operated in the UAE under Sharjah Media City Free Zone. By using our website, you agree to our terms.
2. Products
All products sold on PicknClick LLC are sourced from reputable and trusted suppliers. We take every reasonable step to ensure the authenticity and quality of the items we sell. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be counterfeit or not as described, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Product images are for reference; actual packaging may vary.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or payment verification failure.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): PicknClick LLC may offer flexible payment options through third-party BNPL providers (such as Tabby, Tamara, Postpay, or others available in the UAE). By selecting BNPL at checkout, customers agree to the terms and conditions of the BNPL provider. PicknClick LLC is not responsible for any disputes, approvals, declines, late payment fees, or penalties associated with BNPL services. Customers are encouraged to review the BNPL provider’s policies before using this payment method.
- For refunds initiated due to customer request (including wrong payment method selection), the customer agrees that payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are non-refundable to PicknClick LLC.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is within 3 working days.
PicknClick LLC is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure.
5. Returns & Refunds
Covered under our Delivery & Returns Policy.
6. Liability
PicknClick LLC is not liable for damages caused by misuse of products.
Maximum liability is limited to the product price.
7. Governing Law
All transactions are governed by UAE law.
Disputes shall be resolved through PicknClick LLC, and if customers are dissatisfied, the matter will be transferred to the Consumer Rights in the UAE.
