Pickup orders require up to 1 business day for preparation. Customers will receive a confirmation once their order is ready.
Pickup is available in the Al Majaz – Sharjah.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days across the UAE.
Remote Areas
Some remote or outer locations in the UAE may not be covered by our delivery partners.
Orders placed with delivery addresses located in restricted delivery zones may be cancelled and fully refunded if delivery service is unavailable.
Customers are encouraged to review our Remote Delivery Areas page to confirm whether their location is serviceable before placing an order.
Shipping Fees
• Free delivery on all orders above AED 500.
• Orders below AED 500 will be charged a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Delivery Partner
PicknClick works with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
However, PicknClick is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
At PicknClick, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions.
1. Return Period
Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
2. Return Condition
Returned items must be:
• Unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging
• In the same condition as delivered, including accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
• Opened, used, or tampered electronic products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, PicknClick will arrange:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund at no additional cost
Customers must report such cases within 48 hours of receiving the item.
5. Return Shipping Fees
• If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.
• If the return is due to product defect, damage, or an incorrect item, PicknClick will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
7. Payment Gateway Fees on Refunds
Refunds requested due to customer preference (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind, or incorrect payment selection) may be subject to deduction of payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.
These fees are non-refundable by banks and payment gateways and are not retained by PicknClick.
If the refund is due to a product issue or an error from PicknClick, the customer will receive a full refund, including any applicable fees.
