Delivery & Return

At PicknClick, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible products under the conditions below:

1. 1. 1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

      2. Return Condition: Returned items must be:

         • Unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

         • In the same condition as delivered, including accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

      3. Non-Returnable Items:

         • Opened, used, or tampered electronics.

         • Products damaged due to misuse or handling not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

      4. Defective or Wrong Items:

         • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

         • Customers must report such cases within 48 hours of delivery.

      5. Return Shipping Fees:

         • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer pays the return delivery cost.

         • If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong product, PicknClick covers the shipping.

      6. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

      7. Payment Gateway Fees on Refunds: Refunds requested due to customer error (e.g., selected wrong payment method or changed mind) are subject to deduction of payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. These fees are non-refundable by banks/payment gateways and are not retained by PicknClick. If the return/refund is due to a product issue or an error from our side, PicknClick will cover the fees and issue a full refund.
